We currently deliver across the GCC. Free returns within all six countries.
GCC — Tier 1 (50 AED / 50 SAR)

GCC — Tier 2 (75 AED / 75 SAR)

Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm GST (Sunday – Thursday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us — usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
Packaging
Every order arrives in our signature recyclable mew box, sealed with care. We use minimal packaging by design — less waste, more intention.

Customs & duties
All listed prices include applicable VAT. For deliveries within the GCC, there are no additional customs or duties.
Lost or damaged in transit?
If your parcel arrives damaged or never shows up, email info@mew-official.com with your order number within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement immediately — no questions asked.
