Returns
- Window
- 30 days from delivery.
- Condition
- Unopened, with the seal intact. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened glazes. If yours arrived damaged, we replace it, no return needed.
- How
- Reply to your order email. We send a label and collect from your address.
- Refund
- To the original payment method within five working days of us receiving it.
Privacy
- What we keep
- Your name, delivery address, email and order history. Nothing else.
- Payments
- Card details never touch our servers. They go straight to our payment provider.
- Sharing
- Never sold. Shared only with the courier delivering your order.
- Leaving
- One click in any email, or write to us and we delete everything.
Terms
- Prices
- In UAE dirham, inclusive of VAT.
- Availability
- If something sells out after you order, we tell you the same day and refund immediately.
- Claims
- We publish only what we can stand behind. Formulation facts are printed on the carton; no study citations appear on this site until a study exists.
