What's actually in mew?
Marine collagen peptides, vitamin A, and three molecular weights of hyaluronic acid — designed to smooth, hydrate, and add a soft, defined finish. Clean, vegan-friendly, dermatologist-approved.
How long does one bottle last?
With daily use, a single 15ml bottle lasts about 4–5 months. The custom doe-foot applicator is designed to deliver the perfect amount in one pass.
Is it sticky?
No — that was the whole point. mew is non-sticky, non-transferring, and lightweight on the lip. You can wear it, layer it, and forget you have it on.
How long does it wear?
Up to 12 hours on the lip with normal wear. Reapply after meals if you'd like the color to stay vivid.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
mew is clean, vegan, and free from parabens, sulfates, and mineral oil. That said, we always recommend consulting your physician for any product use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Try our shade finder on the home page — three quiet questions and we'll suggest the one that fits your tone, hour, and finish. Or order two and return the one that's not yours within 14 days.
Can I order more than one shade?
Absolutely. Build your ritual — a soft shade for mornings, a deeper one for evenings. Many of our customers wear two or three on rotation.

How long until my order arrives?
Within the GCC, expect delivery in 1–5 business days from dispatch. See our shipping page for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email info@mew-official.com immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, the easiest path is to use our 14-day return.
Do you ship outside the GCC?
Not yet. We're currently focused on serving the Gulf with the speed and care it deserves. International shipping is on our roadmap.

You have 14 days from delivery to try, wear, or return any product — used or unused — for a full refund. No questions, no forms. Full details on our warranty page.
How do I start a return?
Email info@mew-official.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours and send a prepaid return label.
When will my refund arrive?
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card, the funds may take an additional 3–10 days to appear on your statement.
