Returns & refunds

- Within 30 days when unopened, sealed and in original condition.
- Opened product
- Accepted only if damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Refund timing
- Processed within 10 days after receipt and inspection. Your bank may need longer.
- Cancellation & exchange
- Cancellation may be requested within 15 minutes. We do not offer direct exchanges; return, then reorder.
